2024-2025 INFORMATION

Volunteers must complete a NEW application each school year 

  1.  Complete the volunteer application https://apps.raptortech.com/Apply/Mjk3OmVuLVVT

  2.  Upload all required documents (DL, TB risk assessment form, MPN Packet)

  3.  Email andreaschowengerdt@burbankusd.org when the application is complete

  4.  Bring your DL to the school office and receive your badge

TB risk assessment forms must be completed with a medical professional every 4 years.
